‘CSI: Miami’ exec nixes romance plot

December 2nd, 2010

The producer of CSI: Miami has confirmed that the romance between Delko (Adam Rodriguez) and Calleigh (Emily Procter) is over for the foreseeable future.

Marc Dube told TV Guide that Delko’s recent deception would keep the two characters apart.

“Delko having to do things behind his colleague’s back kind of threw a wrench into the works as far as their relationships goes,” he admitted. “There’s been a bit of an agreed backing-off on both sides.”

However, Dube did not rule out an eventual reunion for the pair, revealing that their romance is “something that will be revisited”.

“Right now it’s more of a brother-sister relationship,” he suggested. “They love each other very much. Will it spike again? Probably, but they’re taking a little break from the intensity.”

Emily Procter speaks about her pregnancy experience

September 26th, 2010

Emily Procter is one happy expectant mother. Speaking about her pregnancy, the mom-to-be recently said, “I started crying the other day just thinking that the baby is going to leave me soon!” She added, “You have this relationship with this person in your belly and it’s really amazing.” According to www.celebritybabies.people.com, the 42-year-old actress and her musician boyfriend Paul Bryan are keeping the sex of the baby a secret. She also revealed that she can finally feel movements: “It’s really fun at night, because I can see the baby kicking.”

Proctor, who has gained 20 pounds during her pregnancy, is the new face of a leading stretch mark cream. Speaking about the changes taking place with her, she says “There’s not a stretch mark!” She went on to say that she stays active by swimming, walking and she also goes to hip hop dance class once a week.As reported by www.whosdatedwho.com, Emily Proctor is a self confessed health freak who keeps a check on herself before biting into anything and every thing. She adds, “But I feel really good. I would love to tell you that I don’t worry about losing the weight after the baby is born, but I do try to think before I eat. The first cookie? Definitely! But I try to think about if I really want to do the extra sit-ups before I eat the second one.”

Emily Procter ‘Grateful’ to Experience Pregnancy

September 26th, 2010

How much does Emily Procter love being pregnant?

“I started crying the other day just thinking that the baby is going to leave me soon!” says Procter about her first child — she’s keeping the sex a secret — with her boyfriend, musician Paul Bryan.

“You have this relationship with this person in your belly and it’s really amazing.”

Procter, 41, is enjoying finally feeling her baby move.

“It’s really fun at night, because I can see the baby kicking,” says Procter, who is the new face for Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula stretch mark products.

“I can feel the knee or the foot. The baby is starting to get heavy, and it’s a really incredible feeling. I’m so grateful I get to experience this.”

And how does she feel about her changing body? “There’s not a stretch mark!” says Procter, who uses Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula Tummy Butter on her belly in the morning and the Skin Therapy Oil at night.

The actress, who has gained 20 lbs. so far, is keeping active walking, swimming and taking a hip hop dance class once a week.

“It’s hilarious!” she says about her dance class. “But I feel really good. I would love to tell you that I don’t worry about losing the weight after the baby is born, but I do try to think before I eat. The first cookie? Definitely! But I try to think about if I really want to do the extra sit-ups before I eat the second one.”

Procter and Bryan have already agreed on a name for the baby, due in December. “We’re naming it after one of my grandparents,” she says. And as for the nursery? Although it’s not quite ready yet, they’re keeping it gender neutral in soothing green colors.

The birth plan is also not locked in place. “It’s one of those things where I’m trying not to be nervous and see what happens,” says Procter.

“I was leaving work the other day and as I was saying goodbye to [CSI: Miami costar] Eva LaRue, she said, ‘Emily, you’re having a baby!’ And all of a sudden it hit me and yes, I got nervous! So I went home and signed up for CPR! But I try not to get stressed about it. I’m probably going to have this experience only once, so I’m just so thankful.”

Lady Gaga to Guest Star on CSI: Miami?

September 18th, 2010

How would a meat dress hold up in South Beach?

Perhaps we’ll find out if Lady Gaga ever makes it over to CSI: Miami

“The rumor’s been that Lady Gaga wants to do the show really bad,” CSI star Eva La Rue told us at the recent Stand Up to Cancer telethon. “I don’t know if we’re going to get her or not, but it would be awesome!”

Don’t count on the singer breaking out into song while guest starring though.

“She doesn’t want to play herself from what I understand,” La Rue said. “She wants to be a character.”

Fellow CSI: Miami star Emily Procter also recently admitted to us that although the show aired a Jersey Shore-themed episode back in April, she’s still hoping for the real-life Situation to make an appearance.

“He’s so sweet and thoughtful and really works hard to do the right thing,” Procter said. “It makes me happy for him.”

Guess he’s got her vote on Dancing With the Stars.

Should Gaga do CSI? How about The Situation? Sound off in the comments.
